Location:

234 Calle 12 de Octubre, District of Avellaneda, Buenos Aires province.

Description:

Main entrance up a flight of four steps. Access for prisoners through a garage with a large metal door. A large torture room on the right of a corridor about 2 metres wide, Courtyard enclosed by heavy bars at roof level. At the far end, five cells with a blocked-off door. Three bathrooms on the left. Above the cells was a catwalk for the guards and probably more rooms. There is now an upper floor with windows and a balcony overlooking the street. There is a basement.
