Location:

Within the premises of the 601st Communications Company, situated between Highway 197, Calle Ing. Huergo and the General Manuel Belgrano railway, four blocks from Los Polvorines station.

Description:

Next to the entrance, a guardpost with dogs. in the main building, prisoners would be kept lying on the floor, handcuffed. In the middle there was a cylindrical post, from which chains radiated, for tying up the prisoners. One of the witnesses found the prayer he had carved in his cell: 'Help me, God.'.
