On 5 September 1977 he was arrested by troops on his farm in the Villa Gran Parque Guiñazú, Córdoba. Juan Mogilner and Irene Gavalda de Mogilner, who also lived on the farm, had been abducted the day before.
The deponent would like to state that the possessions taken from him were not returned despite promises that they would be. Among these possessions he remembers a 1968 Chevrolet pick-up, a Deutz 35 HP tractor with a hydraulic lift system; a double-edged plough; two mechanical harrows, one of them with twelve discs; 400 fruit boxes, a 6-metre-long table for the selection of fruit and a number of small tools. In addition the house was occupied for four years by the Intelligence Service. After this time the deponent found the crops and trees on his farm completely burned down, the house in a deplorable state, with no doors or windows, no bathroom or kitchen fittings, everything that might be of value missing
