The signatory of this letter, Olga Cecanti de Nughes, an adult, ID No. 8,775.712, residing at Alberdi, Tucumán province, is writing to you to request information on my nephew, who was fourteen years old when he was seized on leaving the local Agricultural College.
This occurred on 11 August 19 76, in front of his stunned teachers, who were powerless to do anything when a group of individuals forced the boy to get into a car. To this day nothing more has been heard of him. I have made all kinds of inquiries, both official and unofficial, without obtaining any reliable information.
