Water Authority Building

On 21 June 1984 the inspection of the property on the San Roque dam belonging to the provincial water authority began, with three witnesses: Juan José López (file No. 6133), Raúl Aybar (file No. 6136) and Carlos Vadillo (file No. 6134).

They all recognized the site and general appearance of the house, the stone stairway at the entrance and the red and white tiled veranda.

Before going in they said where the bathroom was, and a window from which a small part of the lake could be seen. In the same way, before entering, they gave the location of the garage and the stairs leading from it.

All this proved correct when they entered the house, Once inside they described the arrangement of the furniture and said where they had been kept during their imprisonment.

The total agreement and spontaneity of the three witnesses leave no doubt whatsoever that this was the property where they had been illegally imprisoned.
